Welcome to the PSRS of St. Louis Website! 

I'm James Hammond, the Publications and LAN Manager for your Retirement System.  My primary duties are multifaceted.  I manage the PSRSSTL Local Area Network, am the Disaster Recovery Administrator, and I am the resident webmaster.  I also manage the Public School Retirement System Charter School Program and am responsible for producing publications and managing the overall communications between the Retirement System, its members, beneficiaries, participating employers, and other interested parties in the community. Most importantly, I am here to serve the members' needs.

My goals are to provide the Retirement System's members and their affiliates with excellent, courteous service and to develop new progressive methods to improve communications between the System's staff and its membership.
