I am Andrew Clark, Executive Director for the Public School Retirement System of the City of St. Louis (PSRSSTL).  As Executive Director, I am responsible for administering the day-to-day operations and business affairs of the PSRSSTL.  I stand behind the mission of the PSRSSTL, which is to enhance the well-being and financial security of its members, retirees and beneficiaries through benefit programs and services which are soundly financed and prudently administered in an effective and efficient manner.  After all, you are the reason the PSRSSTL exists.

As an administrator of a public trust fund, I have a fiduciary responsibility to every member of the retirement system.  This means that I must act on every member’s behalf with responsibility, knowledge, expertise, trust, good faith and honesty.  I practice these simple principles on a daily basis.

The staff in the Executive Director’s office is here to serve you and to provide you with the best possible customer service.  I enjoy working with the membership, the Board of Trustees and staff in prudently administering retirement benefits for all members.
